Safety
Waterhole Patrol is designed for children aged 5 to 10. The game has no ads, no accounts, no chat and no links out. It doesn’t collect any information about your child and it works fully offline. Settings, play timers and save controls sit behind a parent gate in the Grown-ups’ Corner.
Questions and answers
When can we play?
Waterhole Patrol is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play on 4 December 2026.
Does the game need the internet?
No. Waterhole Patrol works fully offline, so you can play anywhere.
Does my child need an account?
No. There are no accounts and no logins. Up to 4 players can each have a profile on the same device. A profile is a picture, a colour and an optional nickname, and it stays on the device. If you add a nickname, please use a made-up name, not your child’s real name.
Is there anything to buy?
Not in this version. A one-off unlock for more areas is planned for a future update. How to unlock or restore a purchase will be explained on this page then.
What information do you collect?
None. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and nothing your child does in the game is sent to us. Read the full details on our Privacy page.
Can my child chat with other people or leave the game?
No. There is no chat and no way to contact other players, and there are no links out of the game.
How do I remove my child’s saved game?
Delete a profile in the Grown-ups’ Corner, or uninstall the game, to remove all saved game data from the device. We don’t hold a copy. Your device’s own backup (for example iCloud or Google backup) may include saved files, and that is managed in your device settings.
How do I report a problem?
Email support@waterholepatrol.com and tell us:
- what happened and which part of the game you were in;
- the device you use (for example, the make and model);
- the version of iOS or Android on the device;
- the version of Waterhole Patrol, if you can find it.
Please don’t send your child’s name, photos or other details about your child.
